Base fee:
  • Cost includes one table at the Embassy Suites plus merchandise advertising on the CCRA website for one week before the event and one week after the event.
  • Cost includes one day of merchandise advertising on the CCRA website. Add an additional week before the event and week after the event for $25.

CCRA Vendors! Welcome to CCRA’s Spring Seminar at the Embassy Suites in beautiful Loveland, Colorado. We are organizing the March 19, 2022, seminar, and we wanted to connect with you and give you some information about our first-ever hybrid seminar.


Since this year’s seminar is hybrid with a virtual attendance option, there is the opportunity for you to be present in person as well as have an online presence. We had a great turnout at our virtual seminar in 2021, so we expect this will be a new and rewarding opportunity for those of you who would like to take advantage of that. We have some ideas about how this will function, but we welcome your insight on how to make this the best experience it can be for you and for those attending. We realize some vendors do not have an online presence, so CCRA is making their merchandise page available online to promote your merchandise and share your information.


In-person vendors: Tables are $75.00 and include your lunch at Embassy Suites. This includes promoting your website and/or a customized advertising page for the event on CCRA’s merchandise page and CCRA’s Facebook page for the week preceding and the week following the seminar for extended purchasing power.


Online vendors: The fee is $50.00 and includes CCRA promoting your website and/or a customized advertising page on CCRA’s merchandise page and CCRA’s Facebook page for the day of the event only. For the full $75.00, CCRA will promote your merchandise as stated for the week preceding and the week following the seminar for extended purchasing power.


We encourage vendors to please donate a gift valued at approximately $25.00 for our donation drawing at the end of the seminar. We are shaking things up a little bit this year and offering our members an opportunity to help support CCRA for the upcoming year and hopefully come away with some fabulous merchandise! 


We sincerely appreciate all of you for continuing to make our seminars an exciting experience, and we look forward to working with you in 2022. Please register by 2/25/22 so we can organize the applications and do our part to make this a wonderful vendor experience.
