** Students: If you are a CCRA student member, you can attend the seminar for free. All eligible student members will be sponsored care of the Linda Breech Memorial Scholarship Fund. If you are interested in attending as a sponsored student, please email Jenny Melius at jenny.melius@gmail.com.

Cancellation policy: Upon written notice received seven days prior to an event, refunds will be granted less a processing fee. Other refunds are subject to Executive Committee review.

It's time to get together again! We have always had tremendous support from you, our members and sponsors, in the past. This year we have a great lineup of presentations by RandiAnn Harvey, Rep. Brianna Titone, Retired Officer Frank Hurst, Claudette Mondragon, and the return of the Friday night spelling bee, providing .60 CEUs for NCRA members and 7.5 CEs for NVRA members.

Please consider supporting your state association, CCRA, by sponsoring a student, donating to the silent auction, or making a general donation.

Sponsorship Information:

The following sponsor levels are available:

- Bronze level - $50 - Receive a CCRA-designed tote bag and your name displayed at the seminar in the information packet as well as the presentation screen.

- Silver level - $150 - Receive a CCRA-designed tote bag, CCRA pint glass, and your name displayed at the seminar in the information packet as well as the presentation screen.

- Gold level - $250 - Receive a CCRA-designed tote bag, CCRA pint glass, vendor table (first come, first serve), lunch for one, and your name displayed at the seminar in the information packet as well as the presentation screen.

- Student Registration - $100 - Receive a CCRA-designed tote bag and your name displayed at the seminar in the information packet as well as the presentation screen.

- Or make a general donation in any amount - Receive your name displayed at the seminar in the information packet as well as the presentation screen.

Silent Auction Information:

Please click the "Register" button to register gift baskets or items to donate to CCRA's silent auction. Donations of any size or amount are greatly appreciated! Please register your items by April 10, 2026, and bring your items to the seminar. If you would like to donate a particular item but have time constraints, please consider a monetary donation and CCRA would love to place an item on the auction table proudly displaying your name.
